CSCI 8256 This course consists of topics related to the design, implementation, and evaluation of human-machine systems. Topics include the joint performance of tasks by humans and machines; user psychology (attention perception, cognition, metaphors, learning); ergonmics; advanced interfactes (virtual reality, adaptive interfaces); low and high fidelity prototyping methods and evaluation methods.
