CSCI 8220
Telecommunications Management

This course will focus on the management required to operate today"s complex telecommunications networks. The course will be based on the standards that are currently in place as well as examining the future directions. The student, upon the successful completion of this course, will have: an operational knowledge of the components of complex telecommunications networks, the management structures and computer systems needed to maintain that network, and the security solutions used to protect that network.

Acceptance into the Graduate program of CSCI or MIS or by permission of the instructor. Not open to nondegree students.
